The world has a real and present end that it does not reach because its convolutions turn ever onward, projecting buds and dew and unrolling fog and rays of light and rot and soil and matter in its folds.

God is immanent and is unfolding in the world through the world’s workings. Those who are indifferent to anything in the world are wrong and will be set right over the course of their lives. We are changed by each thing we encounter, we are change itself overflowing with possibility. This is what I mean by Grace, the excess of potential. The unsymbolizable movement and the absolutely unendurable depth of anything
whatsoever.
